| 1 | Mix flour, agave, baking soda, baking powder in mixer. Add cinnamon, oil and vanilla. Beat, then add egg. Beat. Add almonds and cranberries. Shape into 2 logs and put on silpat lined cookie sheet. Brush with egg white. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool on rack, then slice and bake again. |
