| 1 | boil water, potato, onion and garlic until potatoes are soft. | 2 | add the chicken boullion and rest of the vegetables. cook through. | 3 | in blender puree 2-3 cups of the mixture and add back to pot. | 4 | add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 mins. |
