Recipe Description Simple the only reason it takes 75 minutes is because you roast the two heads of garlic for an hour. Do not be put off by two heads of garlic, roasted garlic becomes extremely mild in flavor.

1Heat oven to 350 and cut tops off two heads of garlic drizzle with olive oil wrap in foil and place in oven for 1 hour. Pull out and let cool.
2In food processor blend all ingredients two cans of chickpeas, salt, and brine 3/4 cup of liquid from one can. It can be a or - depending on smoothness. Tahini paste, lemon juice, and squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into food processor. I sometimes also add Cayenne pepper and plus or minus salt to taste as well.
3I use this as a base recipe for other things too. You can also add jalapeno
