| 1 | Heat oven to 350 and cut tops off two heads of garlic drizzle with olive oil wrap in foil and place in oven for 1 hour. Pull out and let cool. | 2 | In food processor blend all ingredients two cans of chickpeas, salt, and brine 3/4 cup of liquid from one can. It can be a or - depending on smoothness.
