| 1 | Pre heat pan or griddle to medium heat. | 2 | Mix flours, baking powder, salt together in mixing bowl.
Melt butter then let cool and add both eggs add to flour mixture. Add 1/2 cup of milk at a time and stir well until blended. Pour a light 1/2 cup onto heated griddle or pan. When pancakes have bubbles through out then flip over and cook other side. Add blueberries or other fruit into batter before cooking. |
