cupbread crumbs (soft)

7Stir in 3 cans white beans (drained).
8Salt and pepper to taste.
9Transfer mixture to a 2- to 3-quart baking dish.
10Toss breadcrumbs with remaining 1 Tbs oil. Sprinkle over casserole.
