| 1 | stir all dry ingredients together in a bowl. | 2 | Add wet ingredients to the bowl and stir well until there are no more dry spots - do not over=mix. | 3 | Heat a large skillet over medium heat. spray with cooking spray | 4 | Add batter, if desired add fruit or berries to top of batter once its in the pan. | 5 | Once pancake starts to bubble and edges are set, flip to other side. Repeat with remaining batter. |
