| 1 | preslice ingredients. Preheat oven to 375. Add EVOO to pan and sautee onion and mushroom. add meat and sautee. plkace slice of cheese in bottom of cleaned out green pepper. Add cooked mix on top of cheese. Place other slice on top. Bake 15-20 min. Broil until cheese is bubbly. |
