Steps

2Add wheat flour, mixed with other dry ingredients
3add maple syrup
4other dry ingredients should be mixed with wheat flour
5add all remaining ingredients except sesame seeds
6flax seeds should be mixed with water before adding
7pour in loaf pan
8top with sesame seeds
9bake for 50-60 min at 300 degrees
