40	ounces	penne pasta, wheat
2	bunchs	Spinach, chopped, about 1/2 lb
2 1/2	teaspoons	garlic freshly minced
3 1/3	tablespoons chopped	Yellow onion, chopped
4 1/8	servings	Chicken Breast (Non-Breaded)
4	cups	tomatoes, canned
1 2/3	tablespoons	basil (dried)
1/4	teaspoon	oregano, dried
3/4	ounce	Cheese, parmesan, grated

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	To prepere pasta:
2	Bring 1.5 gal of water to a boil.
3	Add pasta to boiling water. Stir while returning to boil, cook pasta until tender (8 to 10 minutes). Drain
5	Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray (not listed). Add garlic and onion. Saute until tender.
6	Dice chicken breast and add it to the skillet, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked to minimun internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
6	Add tomato, basil and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7	Combine Spinach, chicken mixture and pasta. Mix well. Place in a 2" steamtable pan.
8	Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and bake in a 375 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
