1 | combine milk and 1st listed salt |
2 | pour marinade over chicken. hold reigerated at internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below for at least 2 hours to marinate. drain and disgard excess marinade. |
4 | dredge chicken in seasoned bread crumbs to coat. shake off excess bread crumbs. hold refrigerated at internal temperature of 40 degrees F. or below for use. |
5 | discard leftover seasoned bread crumbs at end of meal period. |
6 | for best quality, cook in batches throughout meal period. |
7 | bake in a 350 degree F. standard oven for 35 minutes or until browned and minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F. for 15 seconds. remove from pan drain excess fat. |
8 | arrange in service pan. hold hot 140 degrees F. or above for service. |
