cupricotta cheese, fat free
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a pot combine Apple, water, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, allspice and sugar. Cook at low heat until apples are tender.Reserve.
2Spray a sheet pan with vegetable oil(not listed).
3Cut each tortilla into quarters and place on sheet pan. Brush each piece with egg beaters. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over over chips. Bake at 325 degree F oven until crispy(10 min approx.)
4Fold apple mixture into Ricotta cheese. Place on top of each chip. Sprikle walnuts. Bake until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
5Ser inmediatly.
