large (8" to 8-7/8" long)mashed bananas

cupapplesauce, natural no sugar added

Steps
Sequence Step
1sift Baking powder, baking soda, flour, whole wheat flour, salt and cinnamon set aside in a bowl
2mix mashed bananas, egg, applesauce, vanilla, and sugar
3fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix through.
4I used mini muffin pans sprayed with PAM for Baking. Made 30 mini muffins.
5Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. Muffin will spring back when done. Do NOT over cook of the may dry out since not using butter.
