can (15 oz)black beans, canned, Bush's
1/4
cup (8 fl oz)Agave nectar

package (12 oz)chocolate chips, bittersweet, Ghirardelli
1/4
cupextra virgin, unrefined coconut oil

prunepitted prunes

tablespoonschia

teaspoons3 packets of Stevia

teaspoonvanilla extract
Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt the chocolate using either a double boiler method or the microwave per the instructions on the package.
2Combine beans, agave, coconut oil, prunes, chia and stevia in a food processor and mixed until smooth. You can add a bit of vanilla extract here as well. Blend in the melted chocolate.
3Add two eggs and blend again.
4Pour into a parchment lined pan. I use a jelly roll pan which gives me thin brownies.
