| 1 | Melt the chocolate using either a double boiler method or the microwave per the instructions on the package. | 2 | Combine beans, agave, coconut oil, prunes, chia and stevia in a food processor and mixed until smooth. You can add a bit of vanilla extract here as well. Blend in the melted chocolate. | 3 | Add two eggs and blend again. | 4 | Pour into a parchment lined pan. I use a jelly roll pan which gives me thin brownies. |
