| 1 | In medium bowl hand mix ground beef, crushed crackers, egg and milk until well blended | 2 | Transfer meat mixture to (prepared--cooking spray) loaf pan and form loaf. | 3 | Cook in 425 deg oven for 25 minutes. | 4 | Remove from oven and cut loaf down the middle to check for doneness. Drain any fat from pan. |
