| 1 | Cut and up carrots,celery, sweet potatoes, potatoes and dice. | 2 | Cut up and dice onions, put into a large pot. | 3 | Cut up green aucchini, dice and put into pot. | 4 | Add spices and stir into vegetables. | 5 | Pour 6 to 8 cups of water into pot. | 6 | Add whole wheat flour, stir in. | 7 | Cut up cooked beef cubs, dice and pour into pot. | 8 | Let simmer for 2 hours slowly until all vegetables are soft. | 9 | Servings are 6 to 8. |
