| 1 | Cut chicken breast up into chunks and sprinkle with paprika. Spray a large skillet with Pam non-stick spray. Saute chicken, bell pepper, and red onion until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, divide into six portions. Set aside. | 2 | Preheat oven temperature to 500 degrees.
Divide pineapple into 6-1/4 cup servings.
Next divide cheese into 6-1/4 cup servings. | 3 | Lay out the six personal pan pizza crust on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam non-stick. | 4 | Spoon two tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each pizza crust and spread it evenly.
