medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)apples, peeled, cored and shredded

ouncesroasted seaweed for sushi, tear 1/2 of sheet into

Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, and carrots if using pureed in a small bowl.
3Slowly add liquids to dry, mixing just until moist.
4Stir in chocolate chips.
5Fill paper liners or muffin pan 2/3 full with batter.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
