| 1 | Cut up the bread into small cubes. You should have about 5 cups of diced bread. | 2 | Cut up the ham into small pieces. Shred cheese, if needed. | 3 | Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. | 4 | Add the bread, cheese and ham and stir until well-coated with liquid mixture. | 5 | Scoop/pour evenly into buttered muffin tin. | 6 | Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean. | 7 | Cut up grape tomatoes and place two halves cut side up on muffins. |
