Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up the bread into small cubes. You should have about 5 cups of diced bread.
2Cut up the ham into small pieces. Shred cheese, if needed.
3Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
4Add the bread, cheese and ham and stir until well-coated with liquid mixture.
5Scoop/pour evenly into buttered muffin tin.
6Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean.
7Cut up grape tomatoes and place two halves cut side up on muffins.
