Recipe Description Graham Crackered crusted banana pie. No sugar added for those with a sweet tooth, but cant consume larga amounts of sugar.

cup (8 fl oz)Yogurt, plain, low fat

ouncecaramel syurp sugar free

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Instant No Fat Pudding Mix; custard

large (8" to 8-7/8" long)bananas

tablespoonswhipping cream
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix the cracker crumbs with the melted spread or butter in a 9inch dessert glass dish.
2Mix the Greek yogurt with the caramel/ vanilla syrup and custard, mixing gently to blend.
3Spoon half of the custard mixture over the crumbs and top in turn with half of the banana slices.
4Remaining custard mixture and the remaining mashed banana.
5Spoon or swirl the cream on top. Serve Chilled.
