Recipe Description A healthy way to have a cheesecake with substitues for sour cream and sugar. Great for those who can not consume large amounts of sugar or dairy.

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)(Quark cheese substitute) Sour cream, light. 1 cup

cups, wholestrawberries

Steps
Sequence Step
1Spray down the 8 inch pan with low-fat cooking spray.
2Base; mix graham cracker crumbs with the melted low-fat butter and spoon into the prepared pan and create crust.
3Chill to set for; about 30 minutes in fridge.
5Mix and beat the Quark cheese with the Greek yogurt until smooth. Gradually add the dissolved and cooled jello until well blended then fold in the sliced strawberries.
6Pour in the prepared graham cracker pan and chill to set, about 1 1/2hours.
7To serve, release the cheesecake from pan and transfer to a serving plate.
