Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine Baileys Irish Creme and coffee powder in a small bowl and heat in a microwave about 10 seconds. Stir until dissolved.
2In a heavy, deep skillet or pan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk and Bailey''s mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3When mixture comes to a boil, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a soft ball stage.
4Remove from heat and stir in the candy morsels until completely melted.
5Immediately stir in the vanilla and marshmallow fluff until the candy is all one color. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan and allow to cool before cutting.
