| 1 | Combine Baileys Irish Creme and coffee powder in a small bowl and heat in a microwave about 10 seconds. Stir until dissolved. | 2 | In a heavy, deep skillet or pan, combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk and Bailey''s mixture. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. | 3 | When mixture comes to a boil, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until mixture comes to a soft ball stage. | 4 | Remove from heat and stir in the candy morsels until completely melted. | 5 | Immediately stir in the vanilla and marshmallow fluff until the candy is all one color. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan and allow to cool before cutting. |
