Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 180°C.
2Place butter, honey and sugar into a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the butter had melted.
3Combine the cornflakes and peanuts in a large bowl.
4Pour the honey mixture over the cornflake mixture and mix so that the cornflakes and peanuts are well coated.
5Place paper cases into patty tins. Spoon tablespoonfuls of mixture into the cases.
6Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
7Remove from oven and allow to stand for at least 15 minutes to firm.
