Ingredients

2	packages (10 oz)	frozen spinach
4	tablespoons	all-purpose flour
4	tablespoons	butter cubed
6	ounces	cream cheese, softened
4	large	eggs, beaten
1 1/2	cups, shredded	2% italian cheese blend
1	cup	Italian bread crumbs, dry

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	cook the spinach in microwave for 6 minutes or until completely defrosted. Drain and squeeze the liquid out of spinach. In a mixing bowl, add flour, eggs, butter, cream cheese and mozz cheese. Mix until well combined. Microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with bread crumbs, and cook for another 4 minutes.
