Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together flour and salt. Cut in butter and shortening until coarse mixture is formed. Add in water one tablespoon at a time until mixture sticks together. Roll out on floured countertop until dough is 1/4 inch thick or slightly less. Press into muffin pan and cook for 12 minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool. Mix together yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Wash fruits and along with chocolate chips distribute evenly into cooled tartlets. Put equal amount of yogurt into each tartlet and serve.
