small (6" to 6-7/8" long)banana
Steps
Sequence Step
1Find all of the ingredients that need to be blended together for the smoothie.
2Put 1 serving size of the orange juice (8 fluid ounces, or 1 cup) in the blender.
3Add 30 serving sizes of strawberries into the blender.
4Add 30 serving sizes of vanilla yogurt into the blender.
5Add 30 bananas into the blender. Make sure they are a little sliced before being blended.
6Blend until smooth.
7Pour the smoothie into a cup.
8Put the cup in the freezer, and put a lollipop stick in the smoothie once it''s been in the freezer for 45 minutes to an hour.
9Take the popsicle out of the freezer when the smoothie is 100% frozen.
10CAREFULLY squeeze around the cup to get the popsicle loose and out.
11Eat, and enjoy!
