| 1 | • Preheat oven to 350 | 2 | • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or over low flame | 3 | • In large bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the vegetable purees, sugar,cocoa powder, margarine and vanilla together until smooth and creamy which is around 1-2 min. | 4 | • Wisk in egg whites then stir in the flower, baking powder and salt | 5 | • Pour the batter into the pan and bake 35-40 min. | 6 | • Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
