Chocolate Silk Pie (Low Carb)




Crust

cup shelled (50 halves)organic walnuts

Sequence Step
1Crush walnuts as fine as desired. Melt butter and mix with walnuts. Press into 9" pie pan and bake at 350 for 10 min. Take out let cool

cupsplenda no-calorie sweetener

cup (8 fl oz)water, boiling

ouncescream cheese, softened (2 pkgs)

teaspoonvanilla extract

square (1 oz)Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, melted
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix gelatin and sugar in a small bowl. Add boiling water.
2Beat cream cheese, melted chocolate, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatin mixture. Beating until well blended after each addition. Refridgerate 45 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour into pie crust.
3Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Store in fridge.
