Stir 5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. | 2 | Beat cream cheese, melted chocolate, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatine/sugar mixture, beating until well blended after each addition. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 15 minutes. |
