| 1 | Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. | 2 | Beat together the bananas and applesauce. | 3 | Add the eggs and mix well before adding the milk, vanilla, sugar, and Splenda. | 4 | Once mixed well, slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet until just blended. | 5 | Stir in chocolate chips. | 6 | Pour into greased loaf pan or lined muffin tins and bake at 350°F for an hour to an hour and a half or until toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean (20-40 minutes for muffins or until they are ‘springy’ to the touch). Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack. |
