Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2Beat together the bananas and applesauce.
3Add the eggs and mix well before adding the milk, vanilla, sugar, and Splenda.
4Once mixed well, slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet until just blended.
5Stir in chocolate chips.
6Pour into greased loaf pan or lined muffin tins and bake at 350°F for an hour to an hour and a half or until toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean (20-40 minutes for muffins or until they are ‘springy’ to the touch). Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
