Recipe Description Baked tuna can be changed up by what you season it with. Add Green,Red,Yellow peppers instead of onion. Try Green chilie instead of peppers.

stalk, large (11"-12" long)celery, diced (about 1 cup)

Steps
Sequence Step
1combine Tuna,celery,onion,2 eggs beaten in bowl
2on stove top make a white sauce using oil, flour,and slowly mix in the milk. sauce will be thick and creamy.
3pour white sauce into bowl with Tuna mixture, make sure white sauce is not hot or it will cook the eggs.
4add crushed crackers to mixture. This will help in binding the ingreadents together.
5pour mixture into greased baking dish and place in oven. bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. do not overbake or it will be dry. pan can be 6x8 or 4x4. smaller pans will allow it to be thicker
