| 1 | Mix all wet ingredients, stir in dry ingredients. Spray cookie sheets with Pam or use parchment paper. Drop level ¼ cup of batter for each cookie (8 cookies fit on my larger cookie sheets). Bake 350 for 12 - 14 minutes or until lightly golden and set. Cool on cookie sheet a minute or two before moving to a rack. Makes 26 cookies. Serving size is 2 cookies. Best to freeze them until needed. Pack back-to-back in sandwich bags with a square of waxed paper between. |
