Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook rice as directed. In large frying pan, heat olive oil. Sautee onions, peppers, garlic, squash and zucchini until they reach desired tenderness. Add soy sauce to taste (optional). Add tomatoes and heat through. Serve warm over rice.
