cupGolden flaxseed meal- dust chopped apricots to separate

cupsToasted coconut flakes

cups100% Whole grain Oats rolled

cup, whole or halvesmacadamia nuts, chopped

cupWhite chocolate chips

cupNatural Peanut Butter (peanuts and salt)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop apricots. Place in large mixing bowl.
2Add flax seed to apricots and mix well until apricot peices are separated.
3Add remaining dry ingredients (toasted cocnut, macadamia nuts, rolled oats) and mix well.
4Combine peanut butter and honey in microwave safe dish and heat for 45 seconds. Stir well.
5Pour peanut butter/honey mixture to mixing bowl and knead together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
6Add white chocolate chips and continue mixing. (Mixture may be warm and melt chips. You can let cool prior to mixing and/or freeze chips before mixing)
7Press entire mixture into baking sheet lined with wax paper or aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
8Remove from refigerator, cut into bars and store in airtight container.
