pounds, rawground turkey

largeOnion, chopped

large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia)green pepper, finely chopped

tablespoonsall-purpose flour

tablespoonschili powder
2
cans (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced
2
cupsTomatoes, red, ripe, canned, Mexican
1
cupchili beans medium 16 oz can
1
cubebeef bouillon
1
teaspoonsalt, to taste
1
teaspoonpepper, to taste
Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute'' ground meat until brow.
2Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook till wilted.
3Add flour, chili powder, rotel, and stewed tomatoes. Stir well. Add enough water to cover mixture. Cook 30-45 minutes on medium heat.
4Add beans and bouillon cube. Cook an additional hour.
