cupdried tart cherries, chopped coarse

cup slices (1" dia)ginger, crystallized, diced

cups, shreddedunsweetened coconut for coating bars
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all dry ingredients except for the 2 cups unsweetened coconut.
2Add honey and melted coconut oil and water. Mix well.
3Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Spread mixture into cookie sheet. Cut into 36 bars. Put in freezer to set
4Remove from freezer and break apart bars. Coat bars in unsweetened coconut and store in freezer bags or plastic container with lid.
