1/2
cupsunflower seed kernels, raw
4

1/2
cuppumpkin seed kernels, raw

1/2
cupcoconut oil
1
largeegg
1/2
teaspoonsalt
1
cuppeanuts
1
cup, wholecranberries, dried
Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind in a food processor 1 1/2 cups of nuts (I like to do cashews and peanuts).
2Add mixture to the hemp protein and the milled flax seed, mix together.
3Add the remaining nuts, cranberries and salt, and stir together.
4Melt at a low heat the honey and coconut oil.
5Pour over dry mixture and stir together.
6Slightly beat the egg and add to mixture. Make sure to blend well.
7Press mixture into a greased 9x12 pan. You can also use parchment paper as this will make removing the bars easier.
8Bake for 16 to 18 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
9Remove from oven. If you used parchment paper, remove bars from the pan. If you did not use parchment paper, put pan on a rack. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
10Carefully cut into bars, and allow to finish cooling.
11Once cooled, remove bars and enjoy.
