cups, cubesspaghetti squash, halved and seeded salt and ground black pepper to taste

cupTSP textured soy protein

ouncespasta sauce, canned

cup, choppedOnion, chopped

smallPeppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

cup, choppedgreen pepper, finely chopped

stalk, large (11"-12" long)celery

teaspoongarlic minced

tablespoonssoy sauce

Steps
Sequence Step
1microwaved the squash for 5 minutes so that its tender enough to cut it in half.
2cut in half and spray with cooking spray and salt and pepper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
3sautee onions, peppers, garlic, celery and then add the "meat" and sautee so it grabs the flavor.
4Add the marinara sauce and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
5With a fort, scrape the queash in a manner that the threads seem like angel hair spaghetti. The top with "meat sauce"
6Bake for 20 more minutes at 400 F.
