Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Put raisin bran cereal in mixing bowl and add milk, egg and mashed bananas. Let soak for a few minutes until cereal is soft.
3Mix all dry ingredients, then add raisins to dry ingredients and mix well.
4Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
5Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and portion batter in 12 portions.
6Cook for about 25 minutes or until top springs back or toothpick comes out clean.
