| 1 | wash and put in pot on top of carrots | 2 | Place the chicken on top of the carrots | 3 | cover the chicken with the kale leaves - no need to chop. | 4 | add a splash of water and cook on low until the chicken is well cooked | 5 | allow the chicken to cool, remove the meat from the bones and put back in pot with kale and carrots. set in fridge. | 6 | roast the bones until browned then boil this for a day or two | 7 | drain the bone broth in colander and discard solids. Add broth to the chicken pot and puree with stick blender. may need to add extra water | 8 | add taurine, bone meal, vit B, vit E, kelp, nutritional yeast, and blend again. | 9 | ladle into jars for freezing or canning. |
