Ingredients

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)bananas

tablespoonswheat flour, wholewheat

largeeggs
1/8
teaspoonbaking powder

tablespoonsLuke warm milk (non-fat)
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a mixing bowl, mash banana until smooth.
2Add in egg. Stir.
3Mix in whole wheat flour. Add 2 tbsp of non-fat milk.
4Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into circles on the pan, flipping pancakes once the pancakes start to bubble.
5Top with syrup if desired (I reccomend coconut syrup!). Serve.
