Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook Quinoa: 1cup dry quinoa and 2 1/4 cups water. set aside to cool.
2Chop cauliflower in a food processor until its a rice like texture.
3combine cauliflower (chopped) with quinoa, eggs, feta, oats, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well. place in fridge to set for 30 min.
4form the mixture into 12 patties.
5Spray olive oil spray in large pan on medium heat. add 4 patties at a time and cook one side for 3-4 min or until golden brown. flip each and cook other side 2-3 min or more as necessary.
6set on paper towel to cool.
