Steps
Sequence Step
1Set aside walnuts and sugar free mini chocolate chips for topping.
2Beat egg, oil and coconut almond milk in a 5'''' to 6'''' round microwaveable caserole dish.
3In a coffe grinder fine grind the rest of ingedients and add to egg mixture, mix together well, top with nuts and chips.
4Microwave on high slightly over 1.5 min. Run a knife along edge and remove to cool on a rack for 5 min. Serve with alittle glaze of allfruit strawberry jam.
