| 1 | Set aside walnuts and sugar free mini chocolate chips for topping. | 2 | Beat egg, oil and coconut almond milk in a 5'''' to 6'''' round microwaveable caserole dish. | 3 | In a coffe grinder fine grind the rest of ingedients and add to egg mixture, mix together well, top with nuts and chips. | 4 | Microwave on high slightly over 1.5 min.
