Steps
Sequence Step
1slice beef into thin strips removing all fat
2Mix Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Brown Sugar
3Mix well then add slivers of beef to mixture.
4Marinade overnight in refrigerator.
5Prepare wood smoker at 200 degrees.
6Rinse the meat well, then pat dry before placing on smoker hangers.
7Smoke meat for 3 hours at steady temperature of 200 degrees.
