cupOil, vegetable, sunflower, linoleic (less than 60%)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
2Combine egg, milk, oil and lemon juice in large bowl.
3Add dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten ingredients. Gently stir in fruit and nuts.
4Drop batter into 12 greased muffin cups.
5Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden.
