| 1 | Cook chicken, onion, garlic and bell pepper. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika. Add canned goods and cut with stock. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 35-40 minutes adding stock as needed for desired consistency. Season to taste. |
