jar (5 oz)Olives, Green Calamata

tablespoonsolive oil

tablespoonsred wine vinegar

tablespoonbasil, fresh

teaspoongarlic minced

dashsalt, to taste

dashpepper, to taste
1/8
teaspoongranulated sugar
Steps
Sequence Step
1Bring large pot of water to boil. Add Macaroni and cook, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water until macaroni is cooled.
2While macaroni is cooking, chop tomatoes green onions and cucumber.
3Add tomatoes, green onions, cucumber, feta and olives to cooled macaroni, tossing well
4In a glass jar with lid, combine the remaining ingredients. Shake well to combine.
5Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat well.
6If preparing ahead of time, leave the feta and dressing aside until ready to service. Add to chilled salad and serve.
7For variation use a) red onions instead of green, b) black kalamata olives instead of green, c) balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar, d) oregano with or instead of basil.
