medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)potatoes cubed

Steps
Sequence Step
1Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
2While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef in a large skillet. Rince in warm water and set aside.
3Wipe meat fat from skillet and add oil. Saute onions and garlic until just soft, then turn burner off. Add meat, barbecue and Worchestershire sauce, and Mrs. Dash. Mix well. Set aside.
4When potatoes are soft, remove from heat and drain. Put back in pot and mash with butter, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese.
5In a large cassarole dish, spray with non-stick spray. Layer, meat mixture, creamed corn and mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
7Serve with a tossed salad and multigrain roll.
